Hello! We have an excellent and URGENT opportunity for a Cardiac Surgeon who is interested and available for a 3-month locums assignment in Clearfield County, PA.
Details of the position are below:
Location:
Dubois, PA Daily Rate(Clinic & Call and 24 Hour Call):
$3,000Per Day (Overtime Hourly Rate Applies Beyond 8 Hours Per Day) OT Hourly Rate:
$375/hr Schedule:
8 Hour In-House Mon - Friday; 24 Hour Call Saturday & Sunday (1 Week Per Month - Exact Schedule TBD) Clinical Details:
2 Cardiac ORs, 9 General ORs 3 Cardiac Cath Labs 24/7 Dedicated Cardiac Anesthesia Team 12-Bed CVICU Cardiac Rehab Unit Caseload includes:
cardiac surgery, coronary artery bypass and valve replacement, thoracic surgery, vascular surgery, cath lab cases, endovascular coverage Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years TEE Certification - preferred Cardiac Fellowship - preferred How many cases per day? Caseload 2-10 EMR - GE Centricity (Outpatient), Cerner (Inpatient) Medical Staff Credentialing - expected to take 3-4 weeks but depends on provider completing all required documentation & MUST have FBI Fingerprint Report BEFORE Assignment begins.
